Since my daughter hasn’t been in the car with me to and from church since school broke for summer, I’ve been getting back to listening to podcasts like crazy! It’s actually been quite enjoyable. I obviously love music, but it’s also fun to learn. So, I thought I’d share some of the podcasts I’ve been listening to with you!

The Home Recording Show

It’s a great, and very informative podcast on home recording. If you have any interest at all in recording you would definitely enjoy this podcast! (Plus, if you leave a comment, they might read it on their show!) It’s not a very clean podcast, so take that into consideration when you listen. If you can get past that, it’s worth the listen! They have a huge archive of shows that cover a plethora of useful topics.

Inside Home Recording

This is also a great show on recording. They’ve been around for a while, so there are a ton of useful episodes to listen to. They interview guests, and have guest co-hosts on a lot of the episodes which makes for an interesting listen.

Simply Recording Podcast

This is still a fairly new show when you consider the number of episodes some of the other podcasts have, but their content so far has been great! Plus, one of the hosts is Graham Cochrane of, whom we were able to interview on the Worship Minsitry Catalyst podcast (Part 1 & Part 2).

One of my dreams is to someday be able to do some composition work for film somewhere and in whatever fashion possible. I just happened to stumble onto this podcast, and have been enjoying the content. Their podcast is also full of samples of the composers’ work, which is very nice!

James MacDonald

Dr. MacDonald is one of my favorite preachers. He’s got amazing content, and is very engaging as a communicator.

Perry Noble Leadership Podcast

Perry is another favorite preacher of mine, but he’s also great in teaching on Leadership. Regardless of who you lead, it would be worth checking this out!

Learning with Leslie

This last podcast is a very informative podcast for those who are blogging and podcasting and want to know how to do it their absolute best. If you’ve been wanting to start a blog or podcast, check this out!
